3. Service Booking & Payments
- Customers can book a service via our website, phone, or email.
- Service charges vary based on the type of appliance and issue.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, online banking, or debit/credit card.
- Full payment is required before service completion.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customers can cancel a service request within 2 hours of booking for a full refund.
- If a technician has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days in case of a valid claim.
- No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.
5. Warranty on Repairs
- We offer a limited warranty on repairs and spare parts used.
- Warranty validity depends on the type of repair and part replaced.
- Warranty will be void if:
- The appliance is mishandled after repair.
- Unauthorized service is performed by a third party.
- Damage occurs due to electrical issues or accidents.
6. User Responsibilities

- The work area should be accessible and safe for our technicians.
- Customers should ensure power and water supply for testing appliances during service.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to appliances.
- We are not liable for data loss in smart TVs, refrigerators, or AC controllers.
- We do not cover indirect damages caused due to appliance failures.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
All customer details are handled per our Privacy Policy.
We do not share customer information with third parties except as required to provide services.
